Order status & tracking: include your order number and we'll check right away. Custom knives are forged to order and take 2 to 3 weeks before shipping.

Returns, exchanges & warranty: see our Return & Refund Policy, then email us with your order number. Every knife is covered by our lifetime warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship.

Before You Email

The answer may already be on our frequently asked questions page. The warranty details explain what the lifetime warranty covers, and our shipping policy covers delivery. If you want a blade built to your own spec, start on the custom knife order page. Custom knives take 2 to 3 weeks and cannot be returned, so send us your questions first.
