Detailed Discription
The Mammoth 9.1" is built for the uncompromising butcher, pitmaster, and serious outdoorsman. Forged from 1095 high-carbon steel, this massive 1500-gram titan brings serious chopping power to separate joints, crack bone, and process the heaviest cuts of meat without hesitation.
The blade is hand-forged from raw 1095 steel with a dark, textured forge-scale finish that resists binding as it drives through dense material. A thick spine channels every ounce of kinetic impact into the razor-sharp edge, all anchored by a striking olive wood handle.

Care Instructions
CLEANING
This is high carbon steel a blade that demands respect. Hand wash it right after the use. We mean, the cut. Dry it before it goes back in its sheath. Moisture can only spoil this blade. And the dishwasher.
OILING
Your Xcutlery blade arrives pre oiled. Keep the ritual alive after every clean and dry, give the steel a light coat of oil. Use our mineral oil or any food safe oil you trust. A well oiled blade doesn't age. It sharpens with time.
SHARPENING
Straight out of the box, this thing is sharp and it'll stay that way for months. But legends maintain their edge. When it's time, run it across our whetstone and bring it back to razor perfect. A dull knife is just metal.

Forged The Old Way
Mass-produced knives are made fast, not right. Every X Cutlery blade is hand-forged from high-carbon steel repeatedly heated and hammered for strength, balance, and an edge that lasts.
